Solver Entra

THE INTERFACE EVERYONE USES

This is Solver Entra as most of the organization will ever see it.

Everything on the platform — multi-tenant scoping, the onboarding engine, security governance, cost governance — would be academic if it only ever showed up in an IT-only console. It doesn't. Business Apps is the tab every signed-in user lands on: business-readable views built directly on the organization's own Entra ID data, not a separate export. The CEO, the new hire and the department manager all open the same address.

A tenant can add its own custom tiles here without a code change, so this tab grows with the organization rather than staying fixed to what shipped on day one. Solver Entra deliberately does not try to be the organization's general app launcher — companies already running an intranet app catalog keep using it. Business Apps sits alongside it, focused purely on what Entra ID data makes possible.

One login. One brand. One thing to teach people.

IT administrator

Signs in and gets the full operational console: data sources, orders, follow up, security, invoicing, configuration.

Department manager

Signs into the same address and gets a scoped view: their own company, their own department, and their team's onboarding, offboarding and change requests.

Employee

Signs in and gets a self-service view of their own access, apps and requests.

No separate self-service portal to build, secure and maintain. Every improvement made to the core platform is automatically an improvement to the everyday experience too.

Request Change, not direct edit.

Inside the Employee dataset, selecting any record opens its detail panel with four tabs: Details, Apps, Request Change and Comment Log. A manager's view is scoped to their own legal entity. Any edit that matters — a job-title change, a department move, a company transfer — goes through Request Change: it becomes a routed, approvable order, not a silent change to the record.
