FOR HOLDING COMPANIES AND MULTI-ENTITY GROUPS
Organizations that run multiple Microsoft 365 tenants — through acquisition, joint ventures, or a shared-services model — end up managing each tenant as its own silo. The same question ("who has access to what, and what does it cost") has to be answered once per tenant, usually differently each time. Even a single tenant is rarely one business: most groups host several legal entities inside it, each with its own cost center, compliance obligations and managers — and Microsoft 365's own admin surfaces have no real concept of "legal entity".
Solver Entra is built around a scope-and-subset model: a working scope of tenants for the session, and a subset per module. A single administrator sees across the whole group; a manager is handed exactly the entity and department that are theirs; a report is produced per tenant or consolidated — without switching applications or exporting data by hand. Leadership sees a company-level picture without one company's data being exposed to another's managers.
A new tenant, a new legal entity or a new business case is a configuration change, not a re-platforming project. The same engine, the same guardrails.
Invoice lines grouped by period and company, resolved against one price list, ready for the group's ERP through the open API.
Unused accounts, sharing exposure and application access scoped to each entity, visible to that entity's executive and to the group.
