COST GOVERNANCE · FINOPS
Every month, Solver Entra turns license assignments, per-user and per-company cost allocation and cloud application costs into invoice lines — including the cost of AI and cloud tools such as Claude, where both the license cost and actual usage can be fed into the system and split across legal entities the same way a Microsoft 365 license is.
Each line is grouped by period and then by company, with the underlying service broken out line by line — a Basis charge, individual licenses, managed services — down to the level of which named cloud application a person's "02 – License" line is actually for. The lines are built for internal chargeback or cost-split between legal entities and, through the open API, integrate into whichever ERP the organization already runs. There is no dependency on a specific ERP vendor.
Every line resolves against a single price list — one row per SKU, with its monthly and yearly-equivalent price. Bundles that already include a component license are handled: a person on a package that includes Power BI Pro is not billed for Power BI Pro twice. Seat-based AI tools sit in the same list as the Microsoft licenses they are used alongside.
Connect a tenant, and within a day Solver Entra shows what your directory actually looks like — and what it would take to run it properly. No commitment.
