ROUNDING OUT THE ESTATE
Devices across Entra, Intune and Autopilot are unified into one asset view; shared mailboxes get their own list rather than being buried among individual accounts; and Azure subscriptions linked to the tenant round out the estate view alongside Microsoft 365 itself.
Asset Management goes a step further than a device inventory. Solver Entra integrates with the vendors an organization already buys hardware through — for example Markit — so every IT hardware order (a new PC, a new Mac, a new mobile device) is imported automatically. Combined with Intune's own device data, this produces a single asset register that reconciles what was purchased against what is deployed and managed — the two numbers that, kept in separate systems, rarely agree.
A hardware order and its device record are the same tracked lifecycle from purchase to deployment.
The register flags exactly who received a new device without returning the old one.
Loaner PCs and equipment tracked through the same register, not a spreadsheet outside the system.
That Purchase Order field is not free text. It resolves to the Purchases register itself — the vendor-side half of the reconciliation, grouped by company and then by brand.
Who has Full Access, who can Send As, and who can Send On Behalf of a shared mailbox is visible and editable through Request Change — grouped by company and department, not a raw Exchange permissions export.
Devices with a missing owner, a stale check-in or a non-compliant status are surfaced by Follow Up and feed this register.
Connect a tenant, and within a day Solver Entra shows what your directory actually looks like — and what it would take to run it properly. No commitment.
